Refund Policy

Your Right to Withdraw

We understand that your circumstances may change, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, you are entitled to request a refund. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To initiate a refund request, please contact our Customer Service team via email and inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract.

Refund Terms

Please be aware that refunds will not be issued once your application has been processed, or if your application is rejected by the government due to inaccuracies or errors in the information you provided while completing your application. Additionally, order processing will begin only after payment has been successfully made, or within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following details:

• Reason for requesting a refund
• Application number (provided in your confirmation email)
• Full name as it appears in your billing information

Refund Process and Timing

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Once we receive your written request, we will process your refund within two business days. Refunds will be issued in US Dollars (USD). Please note that your bank or payment provider may convert the refund to your local currency based on their exchange rates.

Currency

All transactions are processed in US Dollars. You will receive the same amount in USD that was originally charged. However, if your bank or credit card provider converts the refund into another currency, the exchange rate applied will be determined by them.

Appendix

ETAS Travel LLC is a private company and is not affiliated with any government agency. Canceling your application or requesting a refund will not influence the outcome of your application, as the final decision regarding approval or rejection is made by the relevant government authorities. Furthermore, the decision to grant or deny entry into the United States is solely at the discretion of the customs officer at the port of entry.
