Applicant's Declaration:

I hereby declare that all information provided in this application is truthful, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that an approved travel authorization is not a visa. It does not fulfill the legal or regulatory requirements to replace a United States visa when one is mandated under U.S. law. Travelers holding a valid visa may continue to use it for travel to the United States for its intended purpose. Individuals with valid visas are not required to apply for a travel authorization.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). I understand that if my Electronic Travel Authorization (ESTA) is approved, it only confirms my eligibility to travel to the United States under the VWP. It does not guarantee entry. Upon arrival, a Customs and Border Protection officer at the port of entry will inspect me and may determine my inadmissibility under the VWP or any other applicable U.S. law.

I also understand that attempting to obtain an ESTA through willful misrepresentation, fraud, or omission of material facts constitutes an offense under INA 217, 8 U.S.C. 1187, and CFR Title 8, Subchapter B, Part 217. Such actions may result in the permanent denial of a travel authorization, a finding of inadmissibility to the United States, and removal from U.S. territories, even after entry has been granted.

I acknowledge that I am applying through e-Services Support, LLC, an independent third-party organization that is not affiliated with the United States government.
